The Payroll Specialist will ensure accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information, participate in daily data entry Payroll processing. RESPONSIBILITIESHandle & manage large amount of confidential data.
Maintenance of time & attendance data.
Processing of payroll end to end.
Preparation of payroll outputs inputs in the respective format.
Work with multiple teams to clear the issues arises on data maintenance.
Work with service provider on the technical changes.
Handling Tier 2 & 3 queries (email, telephonic & in person).
Responsible for issue resolution involving clients.
Responsible for payroll processing accurate & timely.
Ability to multi task to ensure completion.
Ensures adherence to policies and legislation.
AUDITS & RECONCILIATIONPerform reconciliation to maintain the accuracy of payroll.
Adherence to compliance / statutory recovery (Tax / pension recovery etc)
Ensure accuracy of records on the payroll system through thorough checks & control reports.
To maintain detailed audit trails for all activities, and maintain effective documentation with regard to each case.
Applies experience and judgment to perform analysis to identify any inconsistencies and abnormality.
COMMUNICATION:Communicate internally within the department for day to day operations.
Communicate with clients, auditors etc. Interact with technical teams for changes to the system configurations as required Payroll.
