Given the size of the company (around 500 employees), Veena World had an extensive database, which had to be migrated to our system in an organized way along with providing all the necessary technical help from our end. Personal details and documents of employees could be stored on cloud, and accessed from any server. Employee profiles could be viewed under the company directory module and their individual details could be viewed by others in the company. This allowed the HR department to have access to employee records/documents when required. Also, leaves applied by employees could be approved/rejected conveniently by their corresponding reporting managers via sumHR's user-friendly interface. They could also view the leaves and attendance records of subordinates, all in one place. Automation of attendance montoring and leaves tracking helped generating reports in a jiffy. Apart from these features, the inbuilt calender helped employees see upcoming events like holidays or birthdays and share meeting/training schedules with colleagues. "Streams" which is a company social network, encourages social bonding and serves as a platform for important announcements.
