sumHR’s tech ninjas have been working hard in secrecy for a while now, preparing for sumHR 3.0. To kickstart the launch of brand new features and upgrades, we recently launched an HRMS app version of our software. If you’re a customer of ours, you already know how easy it is to use sumHR. The HRMS app is even simpler.
From employees to managers to admins, everyone has the same dashboard on the HRMS app. The dashboard comes with four options:
1. Profile Card
The profile card lets you see your info that you upload on sumHR. This includes your image, employee number, job profile, contact details.
Your job profile includes:
- Employee type
To use this feature, you need to have web-login enabled as a clock-in option. The attendance app tracks your location via GPS and displays it on your phone as the clock-in location. You can clock-in by simply long press on the fingerprint animation.
3. Attendance Logs
This section of the attendance app shows you a shorter version of the attendance logs on your web dashboard. These logs only include the required fields i.e. date, clock-in time, clock-out time, and status.
4. Employee Directory
You can search for any employee in the organization through the search bar. The directory comes with a call and email button through which you can directly contact others. You can only view the designation and employee numbers of your colleagues for now.
Apart from these 4 features on the homepage, there are also other options that make things more convenient. With the “Share” button, you can quickly share a link to download our HRMS app with others via SMS, WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook etc.
We have a dedicated feedback section through which you can send in your queries, issues, suggestions for us to plan our app updates.
A power button is located at the top right section of the app. This button allows you easy access to sign out from your profile during off hours.
