DO

We are looking for someone to fit the role of a Senior Business Development Specialist role (Senior BDS). If you have great communications skills, are business minded and have the drive to succeed, then this opportunity may be perfect for you.

Whoever fits the bill, will be doing:

Market Research

  • In order to have an understanding of how a brand can be positioned in a certain industry, the Senior BDS must conduct extensive market research. This involves keeping track of competitors’ product developments and marketing strategies, as well as identifying purchase patterns and emerging trends.

Analyzing Business Processes

  • In order to recommend ways to bring in more revenue, Sr. Business Development Specialists must first analyze the current business processes of a company. To do this, they review spending habits, marketing and branding efforts, as well as factors that can have an influence on performance.

Customer Service

  • As the main way to increase revenue is to grow sales, the Sr. Business Development Specialist is often tasked with the responsibility of developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • They must be customer-oriented in order to explain the product and its details to clients, pitch the sale as well as be available to address issues or concerns.

Few more responsibilities:

  • Create business development strategies; identify roadblocks and drive new business from conception through closure.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  • Work strategically – carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
  • Ensure staff is on board throughout the organisation, and understand the need for change and what is required of them
  • Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
WHAT

ARE

You can be a Graduate from any stream with 4+ years of experience as long as you are a ‘Go-Getter’

  • MBA in HR / Marketing / IT would be plus point – (OPTIONAL)
  • You have ability to deliver on or before deadlines
  • You love the internet world – research and social networking is your middle name
  • You have a great attitude, high motivation and a passion for growth
  • Optional but it is a plus if you have a market research experience or any customer facing experience at HR Software Company
  • You love to own your work
  • Good networking skills
  • The ability to think strategically and ability to analyse sales figures and write reports
  • Will to initiate new things and has confidence to start things from scratch
