WHAT

YOU

DO

  • You’re responsible to seek, contact and qualify leads to introduce sumHR as an ideal HR software for their requirements
  • You have to coordinate and set appointments with HR managers/decision makers, to schedule online (or in-person/on-site) product demonstrations
  • Provide inputs to other cross-functional departments pertaining to customer requests for product enhancements
  • You have to keep a tight follow-up schedule with all lead opportunities and existing customer relationships
  • Anticipate customer needs and concerns, and maintains knowledge of problems and issues facing the customer
  • Develop high impact marketing collaterals/materials for presentations and sales activities
  • Participate in projects to improve processes and enhance the client experience
  • Maintain records of all sales activities/updates within our internal CRM system

ARE

  • You can be graduate from any stream with minimum of 2-5 years of experience in B2B/Corporate/Enterprise sales
  • You have proven ability to identify and qualify right opportunities, and sell convincingly
  • You should have ability to articulate value propositions via meetings, webinars, online demos, phone, and email
  • You have a great attitude, high motivation and a passion for growth
  • You’re tech-savvy and hands on with using tech based apps.
  • You have ability of reaching targets/goals, consistently
  • Leading by example, and taking initiative on new ideas/projects which directly impact revenue
  • You create and update processes in Sales & Marketing, and impart the same to new team members
  • Your power-point and presentation skills are good
KEY INTERNAL INTERACTION WITH
  • Reporting Supervisor, Marketing Team, Client Servicing Team
AUTHORITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • You provide the market research to your Supervisor
  • Provide strong support and back-up for the Supervisor
  • You own the co-ordination, process and logistics once the client agreement has been signed
  • You own the maintenance of MIS, Trackers, Reports and CRM
  • Constantly be in touch with existing customer
KEY TARGETS
  • Number of clients (Leads) identified to be approached for selling the business proposition
  • Smooth co-ordination of the processes and procedures post sales
  • Maintenance and recording of the data and information associated with the Business and Sales.
GROWTH PLAN
  • BDEs showing high Salesmanship potential will be given opportunities to grow within sumHR
  • Possible growth options – BD Specialist, Sr. BD Specialist, Asst. Mgr. BD, Mgr. BD, Enterprise Sales Consultant, Sr. Mgr. BD
  • Pay packages will also increase as per the growth within the company and the revenues generated and targets achieved and growth potential demonstrated
REMUNERATION
  • Monthly pay package will have a Fixed Salary + Variable Salary components
  • Your Fixed Salary will be your monthly salary not related to your targets
  • Your Variable Salary component will be calculated in proportion to the targets achieved for the month
  • A revenue focused Sales Person is bound to earn much more than your fixed salary
