As you're probably aware, there have recently been 2 major changes in the way Indian startups run and conduct business. One being the implementation of GST, and the other being how startups and SMBs (like you and us) manage their bottom line vs top lines. It's no longer enough to just depend on investors to stay afloat and focus on 'customer-acquisition/growth'. Now, it's become equally important to focus on 'profitability'.

As a bootstrapped company, sumHR has been one of the best-known HR product companies in India. Our top lines have been growing 150%+ YoY for the past few years. However, with no external investments, it's now becoming increasingly difficult to sustain growth, development, and customer support at our current pricing model. If we want to do an even better job at making your HR processes successful, we need to ensure we invest a lot more in 'product expansion and service quality'.

Keeping all this in mind, we put our heads together, and after a lot of spreadsheet analysis, we've come to a decision of "realigning" our pricing strategy. We are now adding a "Minimum Subscription" to all accounts under 50 employees. While we understand that this may increase the invoice price for you, I assure you we will make it worth every penny. Currently, our entire tech team is focused on building a cutting-edge, reimagined, and completely fresh HRMS product - sumHR 3.0. We promise to change the way you look at HR software and take your HR ops to the next level.

Our new pricing is effective from 1st July 2017 for all existing and new customers.

All accounts include:

1) Dedicated Account Manager2) Expert Payroll Manager3) Unlimited Support/Training4) Free Feature Upgrades5) Option to Purchase Pre-integrated Biometric Devices


1) For all accounts under 50 employees, a minimum subscription of Rs. 2,999 will be applicable.
2) A one-time account setup fee will be applied based on the product(s) chosen and the number of employees.
3) Integration fees will be applicable per biometric device if purchased from a 3rd party.Our aim still remains to provide all our customers with the best HRMS software in the market at an affordable rate.
